It depends on what you mean exactly by “illegal content.” If it’s something that you feel law enforcement need to address then you could contact your local police department. Most have some type of cyber division and many have officers and IT staff experienced with the web.

In addition, you could contact the hosting company that the website resides on. To find the hosting company contact information you would need to use a “Whois” service like at http://Domaintools.com that can show you both the registrant owner of the domain name, the hosting company and the whois web server too.
