原文 A preliminary version of the PCL-5 suggested a cut-off score of 33 for a diagnosis of PTSD, while validation studies recommended a variety of cutoff scores ranging between 28 and 37 [15–17] or following the DSM-5 diagnostic algorithm for PTSD with items that correspond to the DSM criteria.
