什麼是熱縮管

 

熱縮套管:
英文：heat shrink tube 或者 heat shrink tubing

熱縮套管是一種使用熱收縮材料製作的套管。聚塑新材料有限公司熱收縮套管按材質分有很多種類，如PE(聚乙烯)熱縮套管、PVC(聚氯乙烯)熱縮 套管、PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)熱縮套管、PTFE(聚四氟乙烯，俗稱鐵氟龍)熱縮套管、氟橡膠熱縮套管等。沒特別註明材質的熱縮套管指輻照交 聯PE熱縮套管。

聚乙烯：英文名稱：Poly Ethylene ，簡稱PE，是乙烯經聚合製得的一種熱塑性樹脂。

熱縮套管的生產過程：混料--擠出--輻照--擴張--印字--纏盤--包裝
性能: 具有低溫收縮、柔軟阻燃、絕緣防蝕功能。

熱縮套管的作用廣泛應用於各種線束、連接件、焊點等的絕緣保護，金屬管、棒的防鏽、防蝕、防水等。
